SYNTHETIC EXAMPLE OF AN UNFAMILIAR LINK CODE.
Hand-written to exercise the one behaviour tools/topology_report.py must never get
wrong: a code it does not recognize is reported as `unknown`, not approximated to the
nearest class it does know. NOT captured from any machine, and `QQ9` is not a real
nvidia-smi code -- it stands in for whatever a future tool version prints that this
curriculum has not seen. See samples/README.md.
